Premier Movie Pass sent us there information and called me on the telephone. I new that there was a nonrefundable amount of $3.95. However, they took more out of my account than was authorized in the amount of $119.00. I received forms from that to fill out for my refund and sent it back to them instantly. It has been since May 16 and I have not received my refund that was debited from my account. All I want is my money back and everytime I call I am told to call back in 10-14 business days. I asked for there fax number and they stated that they do not have a fax. Everyone I speak with will not give me there last names. I have been given the run around.
