Premier Movie Pass We haven't received our REFUND from them. They have told us many times that it should be there soon

Premier Movie Pass sent us there information and we looked it over for the time frame that they gave us. My husband called and cancelled the day after the end of our trial period. We knew that there was a nonrefundable amount of $3.95. However, that same day they had already taken out two amounts from our account. One amount was for the one time set up fee and the monthly fee. The second fee we were unaware of because it was not noted in the information that they had sent us. When my husband called they said that they would send him two forms for us to fill out for our refund. We received the forms, filled them out and returned them two months ago. As of last week we have not received anything.
