I joined for membership with Premier Movie Pass. I did not receive any information and called to cancel. The account was cancelled however, I was billed $149.90 for membership in the Call One Unlimited program which I declined. The company said they record calls. After contacting the LABBB the company offered to make available the recorded call. It was never received.
I asked for a refund and received the Refund Authorization Paper over six months ago. I returned to the company via certified mail and they did receive.
Every time I call I am told "sorry this is taking so long, please allow another 10-14 days for refund processing".
At the time I am writing this Rip off report - it has been 6 months with no refund.
