Premier Movie Pass contacted me in Mar. 2005 stating that I was chosen to receive a prize for trying out their product. It would cost $3.95 for S/H but would need my bank acount information to verify my age. They said it would take a few days to send out my "package" and that I had two weeks to review the product. I contacted them during the two week trial to cancel and noticed that my bank account was charged $119.90. I demanded a refund and was sent a refund form form stating it would take 14 business to receive my refund. I have been calling 2-3 times a month checking on the staus of my refund and continue to get the run around, to call back in 10-14 business days and that my account has been placed in highest priority. I had notifed the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission of this company's bad business prcatice.
