My husband and I recieved a call from Premier Benefits, saying that we won a free Premier Movie Pass and a free Premier Call One phone card.
We were to look it over, and return it within 10 days if decieded we didn't want to keep it. All they needed was our checking account information for $3.95 shipping and handling. Which wasn't to be touched until we recieve our package within 5 days. We were also promised a $200.00, shopping spree just for looking the package over.
We never recieved any package from Premier Benefits. However, We did recieve our bank statement. On it, there was a minus of $3.95, for the shipping and handling charge, $119.90, for the Premier Movie Pass, and $149.90, for the Premier Call One phone card. That is a total of $273.75, Which was taken from us by Premier Benefits. I called them, They said, " we apologize and that we would recieve a form in the mail, to be filled out and returned for a FULL REFUND"! That was in May.
I tried calling them several times. Everytime speaking to someone different, With the same line, "Our manager (which whom I could never speak to) has to review it and we should get a Full Refund within 10 to 14 days". It's now May and still nothing.
