Mrs. Bugg rented me her property in san bernardino, ca. She then begin to harass me to move after i fixed her property. She tried to wrongfully evict me, we went nto court and she lost her bogas case. The judge saw right through her. She then began to make my life a living hell, i was preganat at the time and decided it would be best if i moved because she was constantly around my house looking in the windows. I gave her a thirty day notice and began looking for another place to live. When i was finally moved i requested my deposit back and she never responded, she only has a po box listed so i could never have her served to come to court or anything she just vanished with my $1800.00 Is there no justice for the honest responsible tenant?
