I had an awful experience with Flan Realty. The owners refused to return my security deposit, despite the fact that the apartment was in excellent condition when I moved out and I acted as a model tenant the entire time I rented from them. I took Flan Realty to small claims court and won, but I still have not received the thousands of dollars they owe me. I will continue to work with the sheriff's department and do believe I will receive my money eventually.
