I have asked to be provided a copy of any money held from my security deposit for damages. The landlord tenant act within the Commonwealth of Virginia requires this be disclosed within 45 days of the end of your lease. Aquia Realty refuses to provide this, let alone return a call or email.
Security deposit being returned from Aquia Realty - never going to happen. I am working on contacting the property owner to see if Aquia Realty is mismanaging funds.interesting way to make money!
