WoW!!!

Where the heck do I begin? My story is so long. Lets just say it started in September and im still fighting. Im assuming that you are reading this because you have gone through the same thing with this same company, of which goes under many many names for the very reason that they are Scam Artist and Fraudist.

Basically to try and make this loonngg journey short, I recieved a phone call AT WORK, stating that I am approved for a Visa Credit card with a garaunteed credit limit of $2000. I was told that I just need to pay a processing fee of $299, and that I would recieve my card in 10-15 business days. The woman even went to say that once i recieved my card with my $2000 limit, "I could even pay myself back the $299 by advancing the cash from the ATM" She said the $299 was set to withdraw from my account on September 16th. She said if for any reason I wanted to cancel it I would have to do so three days before it withdrew. Over the weekend I couldnt sleep and felt really skeptical about the company. So, I called on September 13th and of course they hardly answer the phones so i had to leave a message. I left a message with my full name and the customer # they gave me as well as ALL of my contact numbers and said that I was CANCELLING the card application.

They took the money from my account ANYWAYS even after I cancelled in the time frame they told me to cancel in. It took over a month to get something in the mail. I came home from work and behold a package. I didnt open the package but instead took it with me to work to mail back. I called and they said They would have to put in a refund request first... To make another long story short the guy said that my refund request was DENIED... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I month after that i opened the package, Not even a bunch but a few pieces of Junk Mail... You know the type that you pull out of your mailbox and throw right into the trash.

Let me tell you how stupid these people are that they dont even know how to run their own SCAM... I have recorded one of my conversations with them on a recorder and I have them ADMITTING that they lie to get peoples money. How stupid is that?

They dont even know how to argue with people... They stumble over their words over and over again.

Well my story goes on and longer than this text box can handle.

IT is sad that this and hundreds of other companies are able to run on scams like this. They not only stole my $299 but Thousands and thousands of other innocent people who are just trying to get by. I even set out so many complaints with many government and federal offices and angencies, not to mention all the times Ive spoken with on the phone. I complained to the State Attorney General 3 months ago and still no response. I even had papers of evidence and supporting documents with my complaint. Ive been trying to contact them on the phone for 2 month and its always busy no matter how early or late I call.

That goes to show you where our governments' heads are at. This Scam company is functioning everyday and their fulltime jobs consists of stealing from peoples personal bank accounts yet the government is letting them get away with it. Its just another career that pretty soon you may be able to go to school and get a degree in it. Hmmm... How bout' that, a Masters in Scam, then you can really walk proud and with your head held high.

I will not rest my case until I've won, and if you're in the same situation, I hope you dont either. No One deserves to be treated like this. But every SINGLE PERSON working for that company deserves to be put in prison... And made to pay a very high, price. Thi isnt just some little kid stealing candy out of a liquor store. It's much worse and you wont know until it happens to you.
