Total Ripoff. Ripoff fraud business

Promised me a credit card with a $5000 credit limit, after paying a $49.00 processing fee.in return, they send me a shopping card and catalog.

I received a notice in the mail stating I had been approved for a Platinum Visa card with a credit limit of $5000. All I'd have to do was send them a $49.00 processing fee. A week after I sent off the fee, I received in the mail a white package shipped via UPS. When I opened the package, there were order forms, a Peoples Credit First shopping card and a "World of Products" shopping catalog. This had NO mention of a credit card, and the only support number was some long distance phone number (and of course the number was busy). I am TOO upset with this scam, this fraud. And I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
