I have used Sears several times in the past, but this last time has been a nightmare.
They missed 2 appointments and they ordered the the wrong part.
It is very difficult working with them over the phone.
They did finally offer me a small refund, but It has been 3 months and I am still waiting for the waster to get fixed.
On the plus side the technicians have been very nice.
