My serviceman is name Glen
A very good man and very kind person and knows what he was talking about. He found out that I needed new bearing for my drum and it was much cheaper to get a new washing machine instead. Well, he has me sold on a new washing machine and in time I will purchase one through Sears
It's nice to know that Sears have dependable man working for them makes me feel I have someone that knows they're products and can fix it too. Thank you Mr. Anthony M. Salvatore
