I have a 3 year old refrigerator. The compressor has already gone out a year ago and now the relays are gone. I called and had an appointment for a Saturday afternoon 5 weeks ago. It was a no show. I finally had a service tech come on Last Thursday. He said he would be happy to swing by and install the two pieces in five minutes and to just give him a call. I called and he is too busy. I have had several sears appliance but after going 5 weeks without assistance, I will never do business with them again. They have the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Also the store manager is worthless.
