My parents are in their 80's they trusted Sears to do a bathroom remodel. Bad choice! They said they were going to take out ALL walls and get them ready for the painter to paint them, they put in half the walls! The toilet keeps running and faucets are leaking the contractor for Sears told them, they are new they will stop in a couple days? Wow! My parents told the man before they signed off on contract and the man said no need to worry just called them Monday. I told my dad to STOP PAYMENT! And call the folks who signed us on to the job to check out what they did! They were suppose to do the kitchen and I told my parents to dont bother getting them. They do bad work. They told us a certified plumber and electric man will do the work. This man they had did not have this. I am very disappointed in Sears and the work they do. I will never use them in my home!
