We recently had work done by a Sear franchise that was below the standard I would expect from a contractor affiliated with the Sears name. We were told that we wouldn't be charged until we signed off and were happy with the job. The franchise owner agreed that the work wasn't acceptable, and said he would fix it. That was 2 weeks ago and they charged me for the job already. I need to know who I can speak to from Sears. I've called all the customer service numbers and get the run around. I will never use Sears home improvement contractors ever again.
