I have NEVER experience such awful customer service like this before, the worst ever TRX are LIARS even the owners Kathy & Doug Hughes. They repeatedly lied the whole entire season, the software didn't work & the programmers they hired was all beginners with no experience. TRX lied saying forms was not released by the IRS but come to find out forms were released TRX just was still trying to develop them. Not to mention business forms all had to be done manually nothing work as should this been going on year after year and I did fall for the lies at first but this year I knew something wasn't right. I personally spoke with Kathy and she just lied to me when I asked her was the software working properly and I found out they lost their contract to use another software that they had been using. I can go on & on of all the stress & problems that come along with this company & the money lost behind using TRX so PLEASE DO NOT BUY save yourself the time, money & stress.
