(aka. Computer Help Info, RDS, North American, Carosella Software) ripoff They lied about what there software could do to get a sale, they advertised a 30 day money back guarantee and failed to refund

This company has ripped-off many many many people. They change names every year, and claim they went out of business. They lied to me about what the software could do, I requested a refund 8 days after purchase and never received so much as a call or a check. Please help.
