This is the 3rd year I have used this software and it was awful. The end of February I purchased different software because states that I needed weren't available, corporate returns weren't available, and the majority of the time the calculations were incorrect and couldn't be overridden, which was the techs answers to all problems. I asked for a refund, but was told I didn't qualify because I had paid for it last year and was a returning customer. I am writing this now because I just received a renewal letter from TRX. I can't believe they would send it to me when I never filed any returns with them this year. I am hoping to be in a class action suit to recover at least some of my costs if not all for software I didn't use because I couldn't.
