TRX Pro software is the worst. This tax season has been a nightmare for me. Here it is the 22nd of March and I am still waiting for them to release state forms so that I can efile my DC clients. They are incompetent from the CEO to the programmers to the customer support staff. There hold times for support has been more than one hour the entire tax season. They say you get what you pay for. The software cost $300 and now I understand why. I will be using Drake software next season, no doubt about it... Demond
