I bought Mike Hammer—a 2 vol. Set totaling 23 discs. 3 of 23 were duplicated—shorting me the content of 3 discs. I first e-maIed Rene Sadler, to ask for a replacement. I was told it was impossible that the shows were not there, please check. I checked the menu of each disc, told her what ones were wrong and never heard again. I talked to Robbie and Jane in customer service and was told s&h would e-mail me a new copy and an address to mail the defective set to in 24-48 hours—I NEVER HEARD ONE WORD! It is now a month later. I want a refund. I talked to Kate in customer service last week and was now told billing would notify me in 24-48 hrs. I don't want to hold my breath on that promise. If the company can not refund my card, can someone give me the name they do business under and the city where they are (street and city)? I next want to contact the BBB. Thanks for your help.
