Contacted PC Tritium for a problem with my Dell Laptop on April 10. Signed a contract online for technical services rendered for a complete one year technical support, and paid the amount of $299.95 on line, which was debited against my bank.in August, contacted them to cancel the contract as no longer needed their services. Was told on August 16 by "Mike" that a refund for the unused portion of the contract period, would be forthcoming within 10 business days maximum. No check received.

Contacted them again on Aug. 30th, as no check arrived. Was again promised a refund to be mailed and received 5 to 7 business days. No check received.

Again contacted them September 13, was told it would be forthcoming and that someone call me back to give me particulars on when to expect check. To date nothing has been received, and as I was told a "higher up" manager would be connected to be, I waited for 10 minutes on my phone. The call was disconnected on their end.

Since I am dependent upon my Social Security Check, most especially now, as I have been ill for a number of months, and have incurred large pharmacy bills, I really need the funds to cover the costs of my doctors' prescriptions.
