A agent from visiov security by the name of chauncy came to my home 07/12 and informed me that my contract with vector was expired and i qualified for an up grade to wireless security. They replaced the equipment from vector. I signed a letter of cancellation for vector with them along with a new contract. I received a call from vector saying that there was system failure alert. I then called vector to check on the cancellation and was told that thenly way that i can cancel is to payout my contract, at this point i contacted vision thet told me to get a payout from vectoe in writeing to them and that they would take care of it. I received the letters on 10/08 and faxed them to vision. I received a call from vector on 12/28 saying that there was still no payout. I contacted vision the same day and now they tell me that they will pay part but they are not obligated to pay any of it. I contacted comsumer complaint scambook and they say that they will take some action, since then i have received a call from vector saying that if not paid by 01/31 they were going to send it to collection please advise me as to my options to aviod this and be released from the fraudeant contract with vision, becayse vector informed me that i was under a 5year contract not 2 years
