Noticed a charge on my account for the amount of $29.95. I called my bank to check on the charge and they gave me a number to call 1-877-886-0144. I called the number on November 20 to see what the charge was for. They could not give me any information except that it was for some kind of subscription. I told them I did not authorize the transaction and to cancel. They said they would refund the money within 20 days. Called again on January 9. Said they sent something to merchant and to call back in a few days for status. Called again on January 15. They said my bank wouldn't accept a refund and that they would send me a check in the mail. I gave them my mailing address. Called again today, February 10 and they said a check was sent on January 16. I told them if that was the case then I should have received the refund by now. The man told me I should expect a check in 1 to 2 days. I told the man that it has been almost a month. I then proceeded to tell him that I wanted to speak to someone else because I was having a hard time understanding him. I got disconnected. Called back. Same man, again told him I wanted to speak to someone else. Got disconnected again. Called back and he said that I would have to call back tomorrow if I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I just hung up because I was highly upset and I couldn't understand half of what the man was saying.
