I signed a 1 year contract back in October on the 9th. I was receiving one weekly half hour appointment with a personal trainer until she took another job and left the company back in early May. I was never contacted to meet with a new trainer or schedule any further weekly appointments. $120 was debited from my account in June, July and August without services being provided. My phone calls were not being returned by the man that was the supposed manager for that location and when I sent in my information to cancel may contract I was told it was never received and that I need to send a certified letter to end the contract and once it is received it will take 30 days for it to end. I am sick of being pushed around by this company just because they have my debit card information. I don't know what to do anymore. I am getting to the point of wanting to take legal action against them.
