Have used TracFones for years and same problem keeps coming up. If you have an issue with your TracFone, and the prescribed recorded info you receive does not help, there is NO recourse. There is no one to try to explain the problem too. The recorded message is childish, uninformative, and totally lacking in common sense approach to solving a simple problem I have been three days trying to simply get an active phone number to a newly purchased phone. All I get is activation required. I followed instructions exactly, as always, and nothing happened. Yet the old phone is useless and the recorded instructions say try again in 15 minutes. I have been trying again for three days and now am going to WalMart to see the manager.
