I manage five different Tracfone lines for my family and I purchased six Tracfones to upgrade them all.
When I went to upgrade them again, I am told that I cannot do so because it's "company policy" to allow no more than six phones per customer.
My name, address, credit cards, email address, and phone numbers have all been blacklisted and all attempts to rectify the issue tell me to contact a nonexistent department.
Nowhere does Tracfone state it's "six phone" policy, the only policy that is listed is that you can't buy more than two phones and you may not be allowed to purchase more if you have one that hasn't been activated (neither of which apply to me).
Tracfone service is great but don't expect a solution if you have a problem.
