Tracfone
And the Word Wrong has a lot in common

I brought a tracfone camara phone from the tracfone website. Fed Ex dropped off the package at my house 3 days later at 10:15am. When I got home from work the box was gone. Called tracfone to inform them that I never received the phone.

Tracfone told me to take it up with Fed Ex. So I called Fed Ex and they said that Tracfone is supposed to file a claim with Fed Ex.

Called Tracfone back and Tracfone said that they will not refund my money, send another cell phone or file a claim with Fed Ex.

So basically I paid for a stranger to get a new phone and tracfone gets a new customer, on me.
