After 4 days and NUMEROUS phone calls to their representatives (who ALL said the problem was resolved), it FINALLY is, for now! All I was requesting was that my minutes and telephone #, be transferred from my old tracfone to the new one!
First of all, after waiting for 72 hours for those things to be transferred (as instructed) and nothing happened, I called Tracfone. After putting in all the #'s they gave me, again nothing happened! Then calling them several more times, and putting in #'s, I was finally able to get my minutes, but no phone #. Then after several more calls, they said they were not able to transfer my old #, and gave me a new one.
Now my cell phone works, but who knows for how long?
I was without a working cell phone for 4 days&just how long does it take to be able to use tracfone after activation???
Beware of tracfone!!!
