I ordered the Garcinia product which should have totalled less than $100. My credit card was billed for $160. I emailed "customer service" when I hadn't received my order 2 weeks later. A MaryAnn Jones emailed back that it had been shipped. She said she could not provide a UPS tracking no. Because it was an international shipment. This is not true. She said she would re - ship the product if not received. A week later I emailed again. She ignored 2 emails and replied to my third where I asked for a complete refund. She ignored 2 more emails and finally replied that she could only refund half the cost ($80) and when I received the original order, I would have to apply for return paperwork and send the product back within 30 Days of the original order date! I still don't have my order and 30 days expires next week. I have just looked this company up on CompanyCheck.com and it is registered as run by one person with no published records.
