I ordered on line through a Facebook page some Garcia Cambognia tablets which clearly said was $32. I selected this and expected to see an order tital including postage. I couldn't see amything and the next step was to provide my visa details, which I did, then expected to see a total and ask for confirmation. This did not happen. The order processed straight away and said was $160 which came out of my bank immediately. I would never have ordered if I knew was that much. I had to provide an email but received no email notification of order or the total or postage costs. I tried to ring a UK number provided 3 times, but was on hold forever. I found and email address and have emailed twice saying to cancel order immediately and refund my money and how it was a blatant misrepresentation of the cost and no confirmation offered. I have contacted my bank and will do a transaction dispute if needed. I have no reply to my emails as yet.
