I ordered this product on July 1st, got a confirmation email with a 4 week wait before I would receive the product. I promptly emailed to cancel the order as I didn't want to wait that long. I received an email back that said it was a mistake, the order had already processed and I would receive it by the end of the week. Two weeks later I emailed them again because I had received nothing, yet my credit card was charged on 7/1. I was told she would cancel my order and they would refund my money. The following week I received an email stating that my product had shipped even thought she said she would cancel it. Another email later, she told me to refuse the package when it came and she would refund my money.
I still have not received my refund, nor do I have the product (after refusal). I do not know if the product is good or not. All I have dealt with is the hassle of trying to cancel an order. I also disputed the charge with my credit card company.
