On 9/27/09 I ordered the product.
On 9/29/09 I sent an email (to http://webmail. Roadrunner.com/do/mail/message/mailto? [email protected]) to cancel the unshipped order.
On 10/26/09 I received the order I canceled.
On 10/27/09 I sent an email for a Return Authorization Number and within a few days I got an email with instructions for returning the product. I returned the product.
I followed the instructions exactly and my account was ALMOST fully refunded. I was just going to let that go until you shipped more product and charged me AGAIN on November 2.
What does it take to completely cancel all future orders and obtain a full
refund???
