I ordered a product from gs labs inc online, they took the money from my account straight away. They send me an email informing me that my order had to be approved before shipping, shouldn't get 'approve' my order before taking my hard earned money?
When I questioned on this they sent me a poorly spelt email back which told me not to reply as it would be lost in cyberspace! Why on earth a return email would be lost in cyberspace when it was to the email address they had initially given to me to contact them!
A FEW HOURS LATER I told them I was unhappy with the level of service and to cancel my order, I promptly received an email informing me thAt my order had indeed been cancelled and a refund issued
2 days later I receive shipping information! I emailed them to ask why they have shipped me a product they have already confirmed cancellation on, but they gave not responded as yet
Will I receive my refund WHICH I AM LEGALLY eligable for as they didn't even 'approve' my order and certainly never had time to ship it BEFORE I cancelled! Laura Gallagher order number 189036720
