From April -July 5th
Lorick Landscaping came and initially cleaned up my yard. Yhen told me they were licensed and bonded to do other work as well. 1/2 the crew (Taylor and Mike) continued on the outside While John and Micah Explored my plumbing issue.
Long story short: They messed up my plumbing that they called another plumber. They messed up my tiling and put grout and silicone on so thick it looked like a 4 year old put it on. They used beige grout on the white tile instead of white. They misaligned some tile instead of cutting it. They didn;t even put tile under the vanity or corners. John also left some of the old yellow tile in corners. He dropped plumbers black goop on my rug in the hallway, Master bedroom, Kitchen floor, and kitchen cabinets. Then John dropped grout on my bathroom rugs, (toilet cover, toilet-shape, and area) smeared it on my front door. And all over the end of my new hose.
He asked to borrow tools and by the time they left I was missing all my good tools Or they left the ruined ones behind. I have no broom rake, shovel, sprayer. The tools I asked them to checkout Weedwacker, tree saw are gone as well. He took my hammer my dad gave me with red wood handle. Then when a bought another one he took that too! He went into my shed and took sandbuckets to mix grout in without permission. When Taylor glazes the window he justcovered it up. He did not remove old. Then he dropped the trimmings on the new straw without picking it up. When they removed my tub they dumped it behind a business. Later the polica came by and said if i didn't get it cleaned up I would be fined $1000.00! They did clean that part up but the landscaping debris was put in front of my neighbors yard. They never picked it up. I had to pay another company $400.00 to pick it up. I've had to call another plumber to fix their mess ups and a contractor to fix everything they messed up. ON July 5th John Lorick return a broken blower and a rusted out hedge trimmer. He rang the bell and ran off but not before he turned the water off to my house.
