This company started my flooring project on 2/14 and this is how the events unfolded:
Tore out tile from the kitchen, hallway, 3 bathrooms (1st day) Removed old motar (day 2 and day 3) Started to lay tile (day 4) Day 5 I advised them tile was warped and needed to be replacedDay 6 no work doneDay 7 complained to company (no work done) Day 8 tile rep agreed tile was defective and ordered more tile (no work done) Day 9 tile arrived and was worse than the first batch (no work done) Day 10 the company argued with me that I had to go to a different grout size (mask defective tile?) (no work done) Day 11 no work doneDay 12 reinstalled downstairs toilet (no other work done) Day 13 no work doneDay 14 company ordered more tile (no work done) Day 15 started to install tile upstairsTo be continued...
