Express flooring does it again! After having my tile installed by there sub contractor AKA. Hollywood tile inc. Owner Chris R Alt. When the crew removed 3 toilets to install new tile they though it was a good idea to pour there unused grout down the open pipes, and the very next day guess what? We had every tub and shower and toilet overflowing on the new tile! After 2 trips by the plumbers to clear out the main pipe that goes into the city sewer system by the way and showed us the grout they had to go threw i called Chris Alt and he said he would pay us back the cost of the plumming bill, well, that never happend so we called Express flooring and there man i charge of my job said he would pay the bills and backcharge Hollywood tile, after a week no word so we call again and he stated the guy that wrights the checks is out of town so it will be a few days, well after two more weeks i filed a small claims case for the cost of the repairs. I recived there responce to my complaint and now they are saying that Hollywood tile states they didn't do it and that because the crew that did the install are not employees of Express that there not responsible for the damage, well my contract is with Express flooring not Hollywood tile so now i filed with the ROC on both Express flooring and Hollywood tile's contractors licences, and i am going to follow threw with the court case, and it should go very well because i have photos i took of there crew dumpimg there waste into my drains! LOL they have lied and messed with the wrong guy!
