We prchased the tile in 2007 and installed it according to the directions. Since then the tile has cracked, the grout is stained and we spent almost 2000 on the tile grout underlayment, blades for cut

We purchased the tile in 2007 spending around $2,000 for the tile, grout, underlayment and blades to cut the tile. Since that time the tile has cracked and the grout is stained.

We followed all instructional directions and have filed complaints with the company. We purchased the product at Lowes but they do not carry the tile anymore and will not even hear our complaints.

The product is supposed to have a 20 year warranty. What a joke it started cracking a year after we put it on the floor.
