These guys were very slippery. The first quote to create a new key was $15 to $59. The
so called "technician" had no card, no company vehcile and no name. His final price
was $125 for 2 keys and fixing the deadbolt; He created 2 new locks but he only gave me one key and failed to fix the deadbolt. He advised me to "put WD40" on it. I complained to the company and they claimed they would "mail me
a $25 gift certificate". I asked the repair man for a reciept and he claimed that my credit card bill would be my reciept. I called 4 more times for a reciept and 4 different people pretended that they would e-mail me one. Avoid these guys like the plague... They will send amateur, third world
"technicians" who are neither licensedm insured or binded. Do not use fidelity!!! Let the buyer beware
