So I received a pair of nice diamond earrings for a gift from inlaws still did have price tag did not get gift reciept though but still decided to return since kohls has this fantastic return policy no reciept no problem give in store credit or exchange well any way took them to store gave me a reciept said corporate will send a check. Long story short they said we don't have original reciept we can't have refund I only can have the item back don't get me wrong most store employees are great it's corporate that bully you horrible never in my life I thought that kohls would be like this.
