I was locked out of my condo in Las Vegas, so i called this company which is headquartered in California, and they sent a Las Vegas locksmith technician to service me. He arrived in an hour and I asked him to give me a quote before he started working, which he failed to give me an accurate quote. He changed two locks and charged me $469 which is $300 more than what any other locksmith would charge. He then said he can only accept cash even though on the company website it states that they accept all major credit cards. He couldn't even provide me with a business card when I asked him and refused to leave until I paid. I called the company to complain and to help resolve the issue but they haven't been helpful. I just don't want them to continue to rip people off and if possible I would like to get the money that they overcharged me back.
