Sge loans have taken £80 from my bank account without my authorisation i rang them enquiring about a loan then got passed on in the end to provident i did not have a loan in the end i have been told i can have a refund within 14 days of my loan application i have rang them and there customer service staff are rude got bad attitudes very unhelpful i asked why the hell have u taken money from my account i did not take a loan from you they was not interested in what i had to say and said it was promotion charges i never agreed to any offers they told me about i just want my money back this company needs putting to a end
