I'm truly disappointed in the poor level of customer and vehicle services that I've received. This is my second negative experience with this store. The initial issue took 4 separate times to resolve (brake issues). I thought they deserved a second chance. This was the biggest mistake that made in awhile. This is my third visit to resolve this issue (tire replacement and vehicle alignment). This company has lost my business, and I'm certain that word will spread about their poor performance. I plan to lodge a complaint with the better business bureau and the local official on the base. Service members deserve better!
