I was enquiring about a loan from a company called No Worries Loan. They told me that they need my card details for security checks and advised me that no monies will NOT be taken out. I decided not to go ahead with it. They wrote to me and told me that I had to pay an admin fee in order to process the loan which I declined. I did not give any authorisation for this to go ahead. I check my account on a daily basis and I noticed on 4 September 10 without my authority an admin fee of £79.95 was taken out of my account, when I phoned up they keep putting me through to customer services where I am constantly was put on hold listening to tacky music where one ever answers the phone or the phone is put down on me and they have given me a number 0844 8569 022 which again I have been having the same problem. I look through the website and I now believe that this is all a scam and I would like help of getting a full refund of my money back, as I think this people should be strike off.
