I was contacted by TLG loans regarding a loan apllication that i had made through loansupermarket.com, they took some details from me including debitcard details (to check that my bank account was active) i was told that i would be sent details of the loan and some forms to sign WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. The man i spoke to on the phone told be that there MAY BE a charge for these forms he did NOT ask my permission to take these funds from my account as i would've said NO as i had bills to pay. I was happy as i thought i was going to be recieving a loan. Later that day i went to withdraw some money and there was £150 missing i rang my bank and they told me that a card payment had been made to TLG loans. I phoned TLG loans and asked why this had happened and they told me that a refund would be sorted. I have rang every week since and am either put on hold for hours or told i'll have to wait another 10 days. They ripped me off and i want my money back!!!
