I was looking for a loan on the internet because i have a bad credit rating. The above people rang me offering me the loan. I spoke to someone who was clearly asian but had a english name. I looked on their website and everything seemed to fine. They advised me that i could have 5000 pound and my repayments were £98.00 per month which was fine. I had to go and pay £98.00 into a halifax account then they would contact the accounts department and would i have the money in half hour. I rang back after an hour could not get hold of the person he was either busy or on the phone. I finally had a call back from the so called accounts department who advised me that I had to pay them a further 101.49 to release the money due to a government law. I refused to pay and asked for my £98.00 pound back. They kept on saying they will put me on a call back for 20 mins to sort this out but no one did. I rang them back at least 50 times that day and they kept on telling we will give you a call back and then hanging up. The next day i called them back and my so called loan advisor had the cheek to ask if i had got my money when i explained what happened he said i will call you back in half hour. Again no phone call back. I then rang again and i was advised that i have to pay £52.00 to cancel my loan. I told them that they have £98.00 of my money and just to close this matter take it out of their and pay me the rest. They advised me that is not possible and i have to pay the £52.00. He then called me a nuisance and hung up. My loan advisor called and said he will pay the 101.49 for me to get the loan i will call you back when i have sorted it. I said no i just want my money back so he said he will get a refund into my back account. Which i never got, everytime i called back i got passed around and told i will get a call back. Then a couple of days later they had the cheek to phone again offering the money if i pay 124.00 to a bank account in new delhi india.
