I consulted Ulta 's beauticians regarding Keratin Treatment for my difficult kinky curly hair. They recommended Keratin Treatment as a healthier solution to replace relaxing my hair. Three hours the beauticians struggled to straighten my hair with disastrous results, I looked worse than when I walked in the store. The beauticians told me that they didn't have experience with my type of hair and the $150.00 treatment wouldn't achieve what they optimistically indicated it would. Even the manager didn't offer any apology or discount on the poor quality of work. I left the beauty feeling terribly disappointed and ended up paying another business to fix Ulta's workmanship.
