The stylist fried my hair with the Broccato Straightening Treatment... Asked if this was same as Coppola and they assured me it was... IT IS nothing like the Coppola treatment... I am now going to a reputable salong and my new stylist was horrified at the condition of my hair... He told me that my hair must have been extremely healthy before the treatment because if not, it would start to fall out. That is how dry and horrible shape it is in... I even went back to ULTA and told them I don't think the treatment took and they told me it was my fault and dismissed me out the door... I will never step foot into an ULTA again... I even called corporate to talk to them and NEVER received a call back... BAD customer service all around...
