I had the Brocato Treatment done at the Ulta Salon in Garner, NC on 5/20. I kept asking if I would get the same results as the Coppola Keratin treatments that I had had and they reasurred me that it would be better. They lied. I hate the way my hair has turned out. It is frizzy after blow drying it and I still had to use the flat iron to control the frizz. I waited until Monday, 5/23 to wash my hair. When I had the Coppola Keratin treatment I only had to blow dry my hair and it looked great, the humidity didn't bother it and I loved it. Today the temperatures are around 90 degree with high humidity and my hair is a frizz ball. I paid $195.00 for this and will never have it done again. My appointment was for 10:00 AM and I left the shop at 2:37 PM so don't believe the 1.5 hours.
