Do not use the kerastraight system! I saw the ad for the $159 KeraStraight system that will straighten your hair for less than $250. This was not true. I have very curly hair, naturally, and when I saw this ad I figured I%u2019d give it a shot. I called and asked all the right questions; is there an additional charge if more Kera Product is used? Will it straighten my hair as it is extremely curly? After these questions were answered I set up the appointment. The original time frame was 3hrs, it actually took 5hrs. I did require 2 more bottles at $20 apiece, and was not impressed as a flat iron still had to be used at the end. I waited four days before washing my hair and the results were very disappointing. My hair was still curly and it still took me an hour to straighten it with a flat iron. I went back to Ulta and showed the results to the manager. They would not give me a refund and it took them a week to get back to me. Even when they did it was constant phone tag and I gave up trying. Avoid my mistake. They never did anything to correct the situation. If you want great service and results%u2026Do Not Go to Ulta!
