I recently purchased a new computer from Best Buy. I purchased a extended Warranty for protection! I thought I had a computer problem and called B.B. I was linked onto mytechhelp.com
Although I had Avast, I was told I was not protected. March 22/13 I paid $52.23 for there service and purchased there Anti virus protection for $104.48.
April, May, June and July I had an added 21.21 per month to my charge card.
I contacted them to explain these added charges. I received an e-mail that I would be contacted but I never heard from them.
